Hello, I’m Sabrina. At 44 years old, I’m married and have a son and a daughter. I’m also a proud grandmother to a beautiful grandson who’s about to turn 1 year old next month.
After struggling with being 245 pounds overweight and feeling sluggish, I finally discovered a “Japanese Water Loophole” that helped me turn things around and feel like myself again. At 133 pounds, I couldn’t be happier after learning about this little secret.
I call it a secret because if everyone knew about this, the fitness industry would go out of business.
Here’s my story and how this routine opened my eyes in so many ways and allowed me to reclaim my body.
I used to be a party animal in my twenties. I had endless energy for going out, enjoying drinks, and eating fast food all day long.
Pizza, burgers, you name it! I never had to worry about gaining a single pound. My metabolism was on fire, and I could wear tight tops and shorts without a care in the world.
But then, life happened. When I hit my forties, things started to change.
“What happened to me?”
I was so shocked when I looked in the mirror, wondering who this person was. This wasn’t the person I used to know.
I was so unhappy with how I looked and felt.
I was in desperate need!
You won’t believe how my metabolism slowed down after pregnancy. I went from being a new mom to a fuller-figured post-pregnancy woman in no time. It was quite a shock, to say the least.
Desperate to shed those extra pounds, I embarked on a quest to find the perfect diet regimen.
But the truth is, sticking to diets proved to be an uphill battle, especially with my demanding schedule as a nurse. Juggling work and taking care of my family left me with aching joints, drained, and constantly out of energy.
It felt like a never-ending cycle of trying everything and giving up, which only left me feeling hopeless and frustrated.
At one point, I even thought that maybe being overweight was my destiny.
Then, almost a year ago, something happened that shook me to the core. My grandson was born, and I was overjoyed to see him at the hospital.
However, in the midst of my excitement, I experienced a terrifying heart attack on my way there.
I was rushed to the hospital and ended up staying there for two long weeks.
My doctor, who is also a friend of mine, explained that my uncontrolled high blood pressure and high cholesterol were the culprits behind the heart attack.
It was a wake-up call like no other!
In a nutshell, my weight had started taking a toll on my heart.
My doctor made it clear that I was lucky to have received immediate treatment; otherwise, I might not be here to see my grandkids grow up.
That experience was a harsh reminder that I needed to prioritize my own health, not just for myself but for the sake of my loved ones.
Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a remarkable transformation in my life.
